Mingles Router vs Claude & ChatGPT
They sell you "messages" and floating limits, and publish neither. We publish an allowance, the per-token price behind it, and three usage bars you can watch — several times the volume for the same money. Start at $9, not $20, card or crypto.

* Claude and ChatGPT don't publish token allowances — these are estimates from user-measured 5-hour-window data, and should be read as rough. Mingles Router figures are the plan allowance at today's price for DeepSeek-V4-Flash, the cheapest model we serve; MiniMax-M2.7 goes about a third as far and Kimi-K2.6 about a fifth. Overflow bills pay-as-you-go from your prepaid balance.

FAQ
▸Are the competitor token numbers official?
No, and they are marked with an asterisk for that reason. Anthropic's help centre states plainly that usage "is affected by several factors, including the length and complexity of your conversations, the features you use, which Claude model you're chatting with, and the effort level you've selected" — there is no published token figure to quote. The ranges marked * come from user-measured 5-hour-window data and should be read as rough. Ours are the plan allowance divided by a published per-token price, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
▸How can you be cheaper and more generous at the same time?
We serve cost-efficient open-weight models (DeepSeek-V4-Flash, Kimi-K2.6, MiniMax-M2.7) with no frontier-model premium. On per-token pay-as-you-go pricing we sit 5–20× below the GPT-5 and Claude APIs, and a plan hands you an allowance worth several times its monthly fee, so the same money goes a long way further.
▸What is the 5-hour window?
The same fair-use model Claude uses: a rolling 5-hour window plus a weekly cap, so one burst can't drain the month. Both are shown as percentages in your console. If you hit one with no balance, requests pause until it rolls over — minutes for the 5-hour window — or you top up to continue instantly. Most users never see it.
▸Is the quality comparable?
On the benchmark table Moonshot publishes for Kimi-K2.6, it scores 80.2 on SWE-Bench Verified against Claude Opus 4.6's 80.8, and ahead on SWE-Bench Pro (58.6 vs 53.4). It trails on reasoning — 96.4 vs 96.7 on AIME 2026, 90.5 vs 91.3 on GPQA-Diamond.
